Yoga with Maggie

Join Maggie for lots of stretching and movement, dancing, beginner yoga poses, breathing exercises, and talking about our feelings. Every class ends with a 'calm down', either a lullaby with focused breathing or a meditation. This is a free event, and is recommended for ages 3-8, but children of all ages are welcome.
