Mondays and Thursdays at 10:00am, and Tuesdays at 4:00 pm, beginning January 15 - Nursery rhymes and knee-bouncing songs are done and a story is read. Then it's play time! This provides a chance for children and caregivers to connect with one another. 01/16/2018 - 4:00pm to 5:00pm Are you curious about what yoga could do for you? This basic introduction to yoga, taught by Rick Gridley, will help you stretch, tone, strengthen and cleanse. You may also see improvement with flexibility, balance and relaxation.
