Sound Bath Immersion September 18th @ 6:10

Are you ready to unwind and relax? Sound Bath Immersion, using different percussion instruments as well as Himalayan Singing bowls will take place the first and third Wednesday of each month. When sound waves reach our ear, they have been converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve, into the auditory cortex, which is the part of the brain that process sound. This process allows for the release of hormones and chemicals within our bodies that has an effect on both our physical and emotional bodies.
